Worst customer service ever .. walked in to buy a mower . Not one other customer in the place. 2 workers behind the desk. Took 10 minutes to help me . Then I asked for what I was looking for , first worker knew nothing about what I was asking for .So we waited for the other worker to get off the phone to help us . So another 10 minutes , final off the phone he helps . He says oh we dont have anymore on the floor, but dont know if the warehouse has any or not. Then they both proceed to get back on the phone with customers ringing in . Not once did they say , "let me check the warehouse" , or "let me see if we have anymore coming in" , or even "let me order one for you"... I sat there thinking they may be checking the warehouse or something . But when I picked up that they were done with me and had moved onto phone customers , I just had to walk out ....

We recently had our Toro lawn mower repaired by Wilkinson Supply, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us. The team went above and beyond to make sure our mower was repaired correctly and returned to us in excellent working condition. They kept us informed throughout the process and treated us with respect and professionalism every step of the way. It’s refreshing to find a company that still takes such pride in both their work and their customer service. I highly recommend Wilkinson Supply to anyone needing lawnmower repairs or service. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

I have attempted multiple times to resolve this in house, but we haven't gotten anywhere. I left our riding mower there nearly a month ago, and was told it would be 3 weeks before a fuel switch was swapped out and I could get my mower again, we also ask them to order another part that was months down the road, that is a completely separate situation. I called after the 3 week waiting period they had estimated and they seemed confused about why they had our mower in the first place indicating they had not done any work on it. So I again explained I want the fuel switch swapped, and would take my mower and then return when the fuel tank arrived. I was told by Jesse that I would receive a call back after he collected some information, days later that call still never came in. I called again and a woman told me the same exact thing, she was confused about what we were doing with the mower in the first place as if the employees are not informed on what they are operating on, and when I informed her she told me almost word for word what Jesse did. "I will collect information on this and give you a call right back"... That call also never came in. My supervisor is now telling me to pull t

Definitely a professional shop. Have treated me well as a homeowner. They parted ways with one of their previous vendors, but are still honoring an extended warranty, which is great.
